- Quality
As a professional and responsible manufacturer, we need to inspect and judge the quality of our products and verify their performance and function. It is our responsibility and obligation to ensure that the products handed over to our customers are in compliance with the requirements.Depending on the shape and size of the product, we have different testing methods.
Caliper Measurement
One of the most commonly used inspection methods, mainly for the detection of the product's outer diameter, inner diameter, thickness, length and so on. Inspection accuracy can reach 0.01mm.
Measured by a metric ruler
Measurement of the length of products, including some products with large cross-section dimensions (calipers can not measure the size) using metre measurement. Measurement accuracy is down to 1mm. Any length up to 10 metres can be measured.
Intelligent Bending & Tensile Test Equipment Inspection
The main tests are for flexural and tensile strength, flexural modulus, tensile modulus, and the maximum force the product can withstand. This test is essential for products with high strength requirements, as it enables the designer to improve and optimise the dimensions and structure of the product by detecting the forces applied to the product in different applications. This greatly reduces time for new product development. At the same time, this test also provides greater assistance to customers in recognising the quality of a product. The quality of the product has its own advantages and disadvantages, more and more inferior products flood the market with lower prices, many inexperienced consumers are unable to identify the quality of the product, we can identify the strength difference between the products through the bending test, to help customers to avoid purchasing inferior goods, to reduce the economic losses.
Weight detection
Weight checking is critical for UAVs and arbalests as well as for weight-critical applications where weight affects the performance and functionality of the final product. Also, weight can be used as a verification that the materials used in the product are manufactured according to the customer's requirements. (For example, the eye density of carbon fibre is about 1.5-1.55g/cm³. Some carbon fibre products on the market may have a density of 1.9g/cm³. It is very likely that the product is a product that refers to the fake material.)
Straightness Tester
The straightness of the products is very important for some special applications, such as PCB drive shafts, rails, arrow shafts, curtain centre shafts, umbrella centre rods, kite rods, fixed wing aeromodelling and drones, photographic equipment, medical accessories and so on. A product that is too curved will affect the free sliding and performance of the part, thus failing to meet design requirements and usage. Therefore, for products with high straightness requirements, we need to test the straightness of the product and record the bending degree of the product through the fluctuation of the dial data, so as to monitor the straightness of the product.
Other Tests
Special customised testing items, such as insulation rating, fire rating, UV resistance rating, environmental testing such as Reach and Rohs, can be requested from professional institutes according to customers' needs.
