Tube rolling process
Pultrusion process
1、Creel:
Lead the carbon fiber yarn/glass fiber yarn from the creel.
2、Impregnation:
Pass the carbon fiber yarn through the impregnation tank to fully impregnate it with resin.
3、Preforming:
Preliminary forming of the resin-impregnated carbon fiber yarn into the desired shape through the preforming mold.
4、Curing:
Pass the preformed carbon fiber product/glass fiber product through a heating curing furnace to cure the resin and form a strong composite material.
5、Traction:
Pull the cured carbon fiber product/glass fiber product out of the mold through the traction device.
6、Cutting:
Cut the pulled carbon fiber product/glass fiber product according to the required length.
7、Inspection:
Perform quality inspection on the cut carbon fiber product/glass fiber product to ensure that it meets the relevant standards.
8、Packaging:
Pack the qualified carbon fiber products/glass fiber products for storage and transportation.
Molding process
The compression molding process is a production process in which the carbon fiber prepreg that has been pre-impregnated with resin is placed in a metal mold with a designed shape, the mold is pressurized and high-temperature cured at the same time, and then the molded product is separated from the mold (demolding).
1、Cutting and laying:
The prepreg is cut into a suitable shape and size according to the design requirements, and then laid in the mold. The way and order of laying will affect the performance and quality of the product and need to be optimized according to the specific situation.
2、Compression molding:
After the prepreg is placed in the mold cavity, the closed film (divided into upper and lower molds) is covered. During the compression molding process, the mold with the upper and lower molds covered is placed in the mold equipment for hot pressing and curing. Parameters such as temperature, pressure and time need to be controlled to ensure the quality and performance of the product.
3、Demolding and post-processing:
After curing, the product is demolded from the mold and necessary post-processing, such as cutting, grinding, painting, etc., is performed to improve the appearance and performance of the product.
4、Quality inspection:
Carry out quality inspection on the products produced, including inspection of appearance, size, mechanical properties, etc., to ensure that the products meet the relevant standards and requirements.
Autoclave process
① Cutting and Laying
The prepreg is cut into suitable shapes and sizes according to the design requirements, and then laid in the mold. The way and order of laying will affect the performance and quality of the product, and need to be optimized according to the specific situation.
② Packaging and Sealing
Put the laid prepreg and mold into a vacuum bag, and then package and seal it to ensure that a vacuum environment can be formed in the autoclave.
③ Autoclave Curing
Put the packaged prepreg and mold into the autoclave, and then heat up, pressurize and keep warm to cure the resin matrix to form a composite product. The parameters such as temperature, pressure and time of autoclave curing need to be determined according to the type of resin matrix and the requirements of the product.
④ Cooling and Demolding
After curing, the composite product needs to be cooled to room temperature, then demolded and the product taken out.
⑤ Post-processing
The demolded product may need some post-processing, such as cutting, grinding, painting, etc., to improve the appearance and performance of the product.
⑥ Quality inspection
Quality inspection of the products produced, including appearance, size, mechanical properties, etc., to ensure that the products meet the relevant standards and requirements.
